　　LI Weimin，Deputy Director of CAS Engineering Laboratory for High-End Equipment Lubricating Oils and Greases

　　李维民，中国科学院兰州物理研究所研究员，博士生导师，润滑材料全国重点实验室功能润滑添加剂组组长，中国科学院高端装备润滑油脂工程实验室副主任。主要从事合成润滑材料与功能润滑添加剂等领域研究。在润滑材料领域发表研究论文100余篇，授权发明专利20余件，获甘肃省科技进步一等奖1项，国防科技进步一等奖1项。Weimin Li is a full professor in Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics (LICP) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He is the leader of a research group working on functional lubricating additives at the State Key Laboratory of Solid Lubrication, and serves as the deputy director of CAS Engineering Laboratory for High-end Equipment Lubricating Oils and Greases. He has published more than 100 peer-review articles authorized more than 20 patents. He has won the first-class prize of Science and Technology Progress of Gansu Province and National defense science and technology.

　　The Status and Development Trend of Lubricating Oil Industry and Technology

　　报告摘要

　　现代装备制造业的发展对润滑油产业与技术提出了新的需求。报告首先从基础油、添加剂以及成品润滑油的角度对我国目前润滑油的产业技术现状进行了探讨；随后从现代装备润滑需求角度对润滑油产业与技术发展趋势进行了分析；最后介绍了中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所在应用于高端装备合成基础油、功能润滑添加剂以及润滑油领域的相关研究成果。

　　The development of modern equipment manufacturing industry is raising new demand for the lubricating oil industry and technology. The report starts with a discussion of the current industrial technology of lubricants, with a focus on base oil, additives, and finished lubricants; Subsequently, the development trend of lubricating oil industry and technology was discussed from the perspective of modern equipment demand. Finally, the relevant research results of Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in the field of synthetic base fluids, functional additives and lubricants for high-end equipment are introduced.
