　　4月28日，世界500强俄罗斯鲁克国际石油集团在京召开了盛大的新闻发布会，正式推出LUKOII(小金星)系列摩托车合成润滑油新品。鲁克润滑油中国有限公司彼特洛夫斯基总经理指出，该产品的发布不仅标志着LUKOII正式将最高级别的合成润滑油引入中国市场，而且代表了LUKOII在润滑油合成油技术方面的领先优势。他表示LUKOII将持续致力于开发凝聚高端科技的合成摩托车润滑油产品，以更好的服务于中国市场。2009年将是LUKOII润滑油事业具有战略意义的厚积薄发的一年。会议现场，近百名嘉宾及各大媒体记者出席了本次发布会。
